About Us
Our story begins in 1973 when Behrooz (Eli) Hakimian began traveling regularly from Saint Louis, Missouri to India in order to source products for his accounts which included department stores such as Bloomingdales, May Company, Famous Barr, etc. Although the initial purpose of his travels was to locate merchandise and manufacturers in India, throughout his many trips he perfected the ability to work closely with his Indian counterparts in order to create prime products which became internationally recognized and awarded. In addition to visiting numerous countries through his extensive travels on The Silk Road (specifically Afghanistan, China, Iran and Pakistan), Behrooz has offered his consulting services for U.S. as well as foreign governmental and non-governmental organizations including OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers), insurance companies, banks and private U.S. entities.
In 2010, during an exhibition for the Museum of the Jewish People at Beit Hatfutsot (which he helped curate), Behrooz met Doron Dilmanian who was working as a Data Analyst and head of several desks of the intelligence technology unit of Israel’s Defense Forces. Doron went on to acquire experience by traveling to multiple countries in Asia (including India) in order to establish a family-owned trading business. His involvement in India became deeper after finding the right suppliers and hiring a team of quality control individuals, for an OEM parts production.
Independently and together as a team, they have had continuous presence in numerous regions of India based on their different businesses and the variety of products they’ve been involved with. They have been part of production and trade in India for aircraft parts, automotive materials (OEM), high-tech industries, floor coverings, textiles, garments, shoes, and commercial diamonds. In all of these varied trades, they have both been dedicated and directly involved with their suppliers, manufacturers and customers, acquiring ground level experience in important aspects of business and manufacturing.

Respectively born in Iran and Israel, Behrooz and Doron are based in the U.S. with an ongoing presence in India. As a team of professionals they are fully aware of challenges that may arise and how they can be met, as well as how to utilize and optimize talent and resources in India and assist with the following needs:
